These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TS Lash Academy website and any purchase, booking, enrolment, or membership made through it (the "Services"). TS Lash Academy is operated by Tahlie Coombs (ABN 61 725 741 539), based in Roseworthy, South Australia.
By accessing this website or purchasing any product, course, membership, or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, our systems, or any account that is not your own.
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to TS Lash Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this website or any course material without our prior written permission.
Courses & Training
* Enrolment in any in-person or online training course is subject to the specific pricing, inclusions, and cancellation terms displayed on that course's page at the time of purchase, as well as our Academy Policies.
* Course fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise stated in our Academy Policies.
* Access to online course content is provided for your personal use only. Sharing your login, course materials, or content with others is not permitted.
* Certificates of completion are issued once all required theory and practical components have been completed, where applicable.
The Broke to Booked Society
* The Broke to Booked Society is a 12 month program with a fixed payment plan. It is not a cancel-anytime subscription.
* By enrolling, you are entering a 12 month payment contract and agree to complete all 12 monthly payments, or pay the full amount upfront.
* Early cancellation does not remove your obligation to complete all remaining payments under the 12 month term.
* Full payment terms are set out on the Society's enrolment page and reproduced at checkout.
Private Mentorship & Strategy Calls
* Free strategy calls and enquiry calls are offered to assess fit and are not a guarantee of acceptance into any paid program.
* Private mentorship packages are subject to the specific terms, inclusions, and payment structure agreed at the time of booking.
Payments
* All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
* Payments are processed securely through our payment providers within GoHighLevel. We do not store your full card details.
* Where a payment plan or deposit option is offered, the specific terms of that plan will be presented before you complete payment.
* If a scheduled payment fails or is declined, we may contact you to arrange payment, and continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to the relevant course, membership, or service.
Physical Products & Kits
* Where a course includes a physical kit, shipping timeframes and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.
* Kits are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene regulations, as outlined in our Academy Policies.
Website Availability
We aim to keep this website and our booking, payment, and course platforms available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, technical issues, or interruptions to the Services that are outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS Lash Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
